Dear Jane,
WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. booked my stay at Friday's Resort in Boracay this past November for 4 days and 3 nights for myself and my finance Jane Duque.
I am home now in Mississippi and just wanted to thank you for all your help. Our stay at Friday's Boracay went off just perfect. It was a lovely place and we enjoyed it very much. The room was great and just a few steps from the pool on the ground floor.
The service there was excellent. My only criticism was the following: They did not show the breakfast inclusion (was corrected); to much sand and tracked in our room; lots of flies in the restaurant. The restaurant needs to be enclosed and air-conditioned (was hot hot hot). Otherwise all was great. Thank you again.

The Boracay Regency resort is really a five star, we like the hotel and a beachfront, that’s we wanted. I call other travel agency and they are close on Sunday, I very grateful for WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. they did my booking with no problem.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. for making my first trip to the Philippines a pleasure, the stay at the Arista Boracay Resort on Boracay Island made for a great Boracay vacation.
The owner and manager of the ARTISTA Boracay, ( Jimmy Losher ) is a great person to know and made our Boracay vacation one to remember, the staff and everyone connected to ARTISTA Hotel in Boracay really go out of their way to accommodate the visitors to their island. The rooms were very clean and up to date with all the accommodations that a guest could ask for.
The early morning breakfast and late evening meals were very special, and the view of the ocean from the terrace while eating your meals was breathtaking. Rose, I would like to personally thank you for handling all my travel arrangements and making my visit to the Philippines a very enjoyable one.

We really enjoyed our stay at ARTISTA Resort in Boracay. This was my first trip to Boracay and I did not have a clue on which Boracay resort would be a nice one and due to the construction next door to Fridays Boracay Resort you recommended ARTISTA Boracay Hotel.
I was a little skeptical at first but took your word for it and it was a really a nice place. The staff met us upon arrival to the airport and took care of all the transfers and we received a nice welcome drink upon arrival to the ARTISTA Boracay Resort.
Rose, the rooms were just as you described, very clean, private balcony overlooking the ocean, very accommodating staff (they even cook your breakfast to order every morning) and with the Wi-Fi internet connection in each room.
It is a short walk to the famous Boracay white beach but you can walk an amazing lighted trail along the beach to get there. I recommend staying at ARTISTA Boracay Hotel and renting there Banka (boat) with Captain Sam, for a full day and do some snorkeling, fishing and beach hopping.
I would definitely stay at ARTISTA again, and definitely use WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. again also.

The breakfasts at ARTISTA Boracay Resort were fantastic. We really appreciated the fact that ARTISTA was more secluded than almost any other resort, yet not too far distant from the many several excellent restaurants on White Beach. It was nice to have our own secluded beach. The Staff at ARTISTA Boracay Hotel were quite nice and accommodating.
We would definitely return to ARTISTA Boracay Beach Resort, especially given the price. Jane, WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. did a great job in planning our trip, ARTISTA was a great suggestion and we look forward to passing your agency name along to other US Embassy personnel.

First of all, there is nothing negative to say about the ARTISTA Beach Resort. The staff is really friendly, discreet and at the same time, very obliging. We had the perfect room, second floor, and a perfect view of the ocean and beach which was literally a few feet away from the sea.
The rooms are affectionately made, very clean and special. Absolutely high standard! You can see the owner’s respect for the nature and the love for details. The breakfast, live made in front of you, can you enjoy on the hotel terrace. It was probably one of the best we ever had. Not least because of the great outlook Another thing, which we really appreciated, was the fact that the hotel is not in the “centre” where the entire tourists are. Nevertheless, it is close enough to go there by foot or with inexpensive tricycles.
If you are looking for a cute, calm boutique hotel, with a high standard, and not for a very touristy one, the ARTISTA Beach Resort is exactly the right place for you.
