Boracay Roxon Apartments

 

Roxon Boracay Apartments are located at Ambulong, Station 3, it is just a one minute walk to the famous Boracay White Beach on Boracay Island Philippines. These new and fully furnished apartments are located immediately behind the Swiss Inn and can be accessed by a sealed road. Roxon Boracay Apartments can be rented or purchased directly from the land owner / developer First Roxon Development Corporation.


Each Boracay apartment has been individually designed and vary from 36 square meters to 60 square meters, each with a private balcony. You can choose from Studio Apartment, One Bedroom, or Two Bedroom Apartment.

From the rooftop of the apartments there are views of the ocean. It also has an area for entertaining, kitchen and convenience room with vanity, toilet and shower. An adjoining room can be used as staff quarters and a tool shed. There is also 8000 liters of water stored on the roof. A Fisher and Paykal washing machine and drying area is also available.

Roxon Boracay apartments have a backup generator which will run the whole building and in case of breakdown there is a second smaller generator which will run a power point in each apartment.

After a swim at the famous Boracay White Beach, there is an outdoor shower which can be used to wash off the sand before entering your apartment. Just thirty seconds away from Roxon Boracay Apartments is a store where all your groceries can be purchased.
